Beim Start der Umwandlung erscheint diese Fehlermeldung:
" VFW-Errorcode 80040154", dies betrift das AVI - Plugin.

Lösung:
Versucht mal das AVI File Registry Patch ,w elches es bei www.doom9.org in der Downlaodsektion gibt.
