XviD-1.0-RC3-29022004.exe (583kb) Codename ni hao! Changelog: - Bitrate calculator fixes - Status window fixes (-> GMCed frames get counted) - Decoder fixes - Workaround for dev-api-3 non-mod16 encodes - Mod4 / YV12 resolutions encoding fixed - Multilanguage installer -> IMPORTANT: we need proper feedback and testing now - we want 1.0 to be final soon! ATTENTION: Since I lost all my data, I switched to another installer system. (Since XviD-1.0-RC1.) If you used the old NSIS installer, please uninstall it manually before upgrading with these new installers. If you have done that already, upgrading with these new installers works like you expect it. Also, Win9x support is better now with this instal |

Silent update, new binary online. Core + VfW are ICL7 compiles, DShow refuses to compile with that so it's still ICL8, but it shouldn't have measurable impact there. Happy re-downloading! |

I had a little time to fix the aspect ratio resizing in the XviD-1.1-test build. I don't know yet if it also fixes the auto-resize-with-unpacked-bframes-issue, but forcing the aspect ratio to i.e. 4:3 or 16:9 works again. When forcing to 4:3 etc. I strictly set the picture aspect ratio that way. So a 720x576 pixels encode becomes 720x540(!). If you fetch your calculator you'll see that this is mathematically correct. Maybe we need to extend our options for PAL and NTSC ARs. XviD-1.1.-127-06112004.exe (631kb) Another XviD-1.1-tree testing build. Changelog: - {dshow}: fixed forced aspect ratio playback. |
